Long Term Leasing (3+ Months)

A limited number of luxurious, self-contained fully furnished (un-serviced) apartments are available based on long term lease in Waldorf Stadium Apartments Hotel and 6 other Waldorf Furnished Apartments locations in Auckland.

• Corporate extended stays accommodation can be extended by prior arrangement.
• Apartments are leased based on availability at the time of the reservation and cannot be reserved in advance.
• Security bond (4 weeks rental) is required or in case of corporate reservation company undertaking is acceptable.
• The rental excludes electricity, linen/towel change, and telephone and internet charges.
• NZ$100-$200 non-refundable administration fee is payable by the tenant or the company when reservation is confirmed.
• 2 weeks rental in advance is required on confirmation of leases.
• Extensions of leases are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
• Linen/towel change, car parking, child care, weekly cleaning service, telephone and high speed internet connection are available subject to additional fee.
• All individual leases/ license to occupy are subject to credit check.
• Tenants will be entitled to Waldorf on-site management services.
