Our dedicated industry team is equipped to serve a particular group, including extended stay accommodation, corporate transferees, government and military officials, business and leisure travelers, insurance professionals, corporate relocations, displaced homeowners and entertainment industry professionals. We offer the comfort of a home away from home atmosphere and the amenities of a hotel.

• Corporate extended stays accommodation can be extended by prior arrangement.
• Security bond (4 weeks rental) is required or in case of corporate reservation company undertaking is acceptable.
• The rental excludes electricity, linen/towel change, and telephone and internet charges.
• NZ$100-$200 non-refundable administration fee is payable by the tenant or the company when reservation is confirmed.
• 2 weeks rental in advance is required on confirmation of leases.
• Extensions of leases are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
• Linen/towel change, car parking, child care, weekly cleaning service, telephone and high speed internet connection are available subject to additional fee.
• All individual leases/ license to occupy are subject to credit check.
• Tenants will be entitled to Waldorf on-site management services.
