Real Estate (un-serviced) Leasing Terms and Conditions

A limited number of luxurious, self contained fully furnished (un-serviced) apartments are available based on real estate leasing in Waldorf Stadium Apartments Hotel and 5 other Waldorf Furnished Apartments locations in Auckland.

These apartments are leased on behalf of apartment owners and are not part of the Waldorf hotel operation.

The standards of furnishing fit out, inclusions and services may not be in line with the Waldorf Hotel Apartments standards.

• Minimum lease period: 3 months.
• Corporate extended stays accommodation can be extended by prior arrangement.
• Apartments are leased based on availability at the time of the reservation and cannot be reserved in advance.
• Security bond (4 weeks rental) is required or in case of corporate reservation company undertaking is acceptable.
• The rental excludes electricity, linen/towel change, and telephone and internet connection.
• NZ$150 non-refundable administration fee is payable by the tenant or the company when reservation is confirmed.
• 2 weeks rental in advance is required on confirmation of leases.
• Extensions of leases are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
• Linen/towel change, car parking, child care, weekly cleaning service, telephone and high speed internet connection are available subject to additional fee.
• All individual leases/ license to occupy are subject to credit check.
• Tenants will be entitled to Waldorf on-site management services.
